RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

In the rapid pace of modern life, it’s easy to become disconnected from your own emotions. Do you often find yourself overwhelmed, unable to pinpoint exactly what you’re feeling? Does the intensity of your emotions make it difficult for you to sit with them, let alone express them to yourself or others? You are not alone in this struggle. Many of us have become adept at bypassing our emotions just to keep up with life’s demands. However, this disconnection can leave you feeling isolated and out of touch with your true self. Join us on a transformative journey designed to help you map out the road to emotional wellbeing.

“I regained my confidence and am leaving with tools to help me keep my joy and happiness with me. Julia is a gift to humanity and was a gift to me.”
