AnnMarie Shirley has a lifelong interest in the healing arts.
She brings elements of the Chakra system as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine into her practice. Other healing modalities that AnnMarie has great success with include Lymphatic Drainage and Myofacial Release. She is a 2004 graduate of The Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy. Her number-one goal as your Massage Therapist is to attune to and realign the connection of your body, mind and spirit.
AnnMarie offers 55 minute massages. The $150 price is discounted to $130 for the Joyoti Yoga program.
