  • Ancient Kriya for Well-Being with Sound Bath
  • Marma therapy for self-care
  • Nada yoga through mantra and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls
  • Daily morning yoga practices
  • Yoga Nidra and Meditation practices
  • Fire Ceremony
  • Group hike (optional)
