RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

Throughout this weekend, we will join in community to  explore the presence and importance of the divine feminine in our lives. We know that what we expose ourselves to, either by choice or default, has an impact on our system. Our challenge is to stay with ourselves in balance, in joy, and in line with who we are. Together, we will use a unique blend of Shamanic energy healing and Somatic movement to delve into the unconscious, or that which is unknown to us, and integrate body and soul.  We hope you’ll join us.

“I was so thrilled with the sense of community, compassion and peaceful energy that came out of the group, the teachers and the environment.”

STAY SAFE DURING COVID-19: We are committed to your safety; please read our COVID-19 Precautions & Preparations to understand our strategies.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Spend this weekend in community empowering the divine feminine within. Through somatic movement and shamanic energy healing, we will explore, reclaim and heal our sacred feminine selves during this special women’s gathering.

During our somatic movement practice, we will pay special attention to the sacred center; the root chakra, sacral chakra, and the pelvic floor. All movement will focus on balancing and reconnecting to our feminine selves.

Through shamanic ritual, awareness, and three main healing ceremonies, we will bring our feminine aspects back into balance.

  • Gentle somatic movement to reconnect to the body
  • Guided meditation and sounds healing
  • Despacho to Heal the Feminine
  • Fire ceremony
  • Womb healing ceremony
