Triratna NY NJ Sangha Retreat

RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
Inspired by the Wisdom Buddha Figure associated with the element earth and the Wisdom of Equality, Ratnasambhava, we will
- Cultivate inner and outer worlds of abundance and generosity,
- Attune to recognizing the inherent value and ultimate potential in all beings
- Heal the suffering of divisiveness, superiority and inferiority to which human are vulnerable
The retreat will engage with this theme through imagination and creativity, meditation, warm-heartedness, connection with community and the natural world, embodied practice, music, rituals and movement. There will periods of silence as well as space for mindful conversation.

OPEN TO ALL
Meditation: This retreat will be most suitable for people with any level of meditation experience, including none at all. Beginner instruction will be offered during the retreat, as needed.
Mindful Movement: Optional. No experience needed, very accessible.
