Raise Your Vibration ~ And Why It Matters
With Carol Schoffmann and Anne DeBevoise
February 27 - March 1, 2026
RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
Unplug from your devices and slow down for a Mind, Body, Spirit Tune-Up! This weekend, you will use meditation, sound healing, drumming, chanting, yoga, self-reflection and group sharing to step out of low frequency habits and tune into your highest vibration—your authentic self. Leave all the distractions of your day-to-day life at home. Practice presence. Raise your vibration in a sacred container of healing practices in community.
If you are on a spiritual journey this retreat will help accelerate your path—and if you have not yet started it may be the beginning.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Everything is made of energy and every object and being resonates at its own optimal frequency. Our busy and stressful lives can easily contribute to feeling “out of whack”, causing us to vibrate at a lower frequency. We often do not give ourselves enough time to slow down and practice self care. When we experience continued stress and anxiety, we may become mentally and physically unbalanced and ungrounded. Meditation, sound healing, vibrational therapy, yoga and self reflection are grounding and balancing practices, allowing a healthy flow of positive energy to revitalize the body and mind, which:
-
Deepens your meditation practice
-
Promotes relaxation and resilience
-
Releases stress
-
Balances the mind, body, spirit
-
Grounds and stabilizes
-
Helps alleviate depression
-
Provides relief from insomnia and headache
-
Promotes physical and mental self-healing
-
Improves mental clarity and creativity
-
Boosts the immune system
-
Harmonizes the Aura
-
Promotes overall wellbeing

- Singing Bowls: Sound and vibrational healing with singing bowls put our physical, emotional and spiritual energies back into alignment. When these energies are aligned, it creates the openness our body needs to naturally heal itself. Singing bowl therapy and meditations are very restorative and provide an avenue for deep relaxation.
- Guided Meditation: Guided meditation provides structured guidance to help focus the mind, gently leading you on a journey of inner exploration and relaxation. This helps foster self-awareness, reduces stress, promotes emotional well-being and enhances concentration and mental clarity—all the while supporting personal growth and self-discovery.
- Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga can help release energy blocks in the body, stimulating circulation, increasing range of motion, integrating emotions, and bringing a calm stillness to the mind.
- Drumming: Drumming circles promote connection, emotional regulation and release endorphins leading us to experience happiness, joy and well-being. We will connect, creating a shared experience of making music, uniting our collective vibration to fly high.
- Chanting: Group chanting creates vibration in the body, promoting relaxation, presence, stress release, breath control, emotional release and regulation. We will connect, creating a shared experience of deep resonance, uniting our collective vibration to soar high.
