RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER

As we step into the amplified field that marks the sacred transition from 2025 to 2026, we gather in community to witness, honor and engage with 3 vital spiritual allies:  The Nurturer, The Protector and The Wisdom Holder.  These archetypes hold a blueprint for our soul’s evolution and are powerful ambassadors for revealing the purpose and passion that is being called in for in the new year. Your three cards will be a powerful reminder of what your soul is identifying as  most essential and most vital for you to anchor your attention and intention for 2026.

In the sacred container we will create together, this creative and spiritually nourishing retreat will invite you into a contemplative and introspective experience, listening deeply while remaining in connection with kindred spirits. Enter 2026 renewed and refreshed!

This retreat gave me the opportunity to cross the threshold into the New Year in an unforgettable way—from the craft experience with the divine to the conversations with the unique souls joining this experience.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Join seasoned workshop leader Rev Therese Bimka, LCSW  as she seamlessly weaves together a tapestry of experiences designed to access and reveal core guidance at this most pregnant time:  Silent, Guided and Walking Meditation, SoulCollage®Spiritual Practices and Embodied Wisdom.

Each segment of the retreat will offer a Contemplative Practice that highlights a rich variety of tools and techniques to support presence and sacred inner listening. These same techniques are excellent for learning how to de-stress and down-regulate your nervous system and can easily be incorporated into a meditation practice.

SoulCollage®:  Listen to the Whispers of Your Soul
Developed by Seena Frost, SoulCollage® involves the use of collaged imagery on 5 x 8 cards to create a “deck” that captures a glimpse of “the spark” that lives within all of us. SoulCollage is a beautiful creativity tool for accessing your deep and authentic inner wisdom. You uncover core identities and archetypal energies (dormant or active) while engaging with inner-directed purpose and guidance. In SoulCollage you have the opportunity to unlock emotional obstacles that keep you stuck as well as receive accurate guidance for how to step into the most authentic expression of your vital core self. SoulCollage is a fun and inspiring way to get to know yourself more deeply, with great ease and accuracy. It easily taps into and helps us attune to the inner life that is seeking to be known and express itself.

No art experience necessary—SoulCollage is super fun, accessible and surprisingly deep!

Group Meditation
Meditation offers a myriad of benefits for mind, body, and spirit. Practitioners often find it beneficial to meditate together in community, jointly increasing their depth of focus and comfort in their meditation practice. Throughout our time together we will have sitting meditation, guided meditations, and walking meditation.

Spoken Word, Poetry and Sound Bath with Eric Archer
Enjoy a meaningful exploration of sound and poetry.  Eric creates an interactive and joyful experience of connection with self and community through movement, poetry and music.

The Universal Dance of Peace
This simple dance movement is easy to learn and beautiful to experience. The gentle movements are set to the 13th Century Rumi Poem: Caravan of No Despair and in this dance we are reminded of our fundamental inter-connectedness—and that all the answers we need are available if only we pause to look deep within.

Bring in 2025!
Join us in the dining room for non-alcoholic bubbly and snacks as we celebrate and offer blessings for 2025.
