Discover the Mind’s Clarity
RETREAT BY INVITED PRESENTER
Through meditation, distracting thoughts subside, and we experience our natural capacity for peace. We do not need to look outside ourselves for meaning or purpose. By absorbing into the blissful, clear nature of the mind, we find incredible happiness from within and connect with our ability to benefit others. During this special weekend you will learn special methods to reduce distractions and respond to painful emotions—the tools you need to become more peaceful and content.
My meditation practice came to new heights, transformative experience. I feel recharged and ready to apply this wisdom to my everyday challenge and practice.
